All products are made using 100% gluten-free ingredients. Baking takes place in a shared home kitchen where gluten and other allergens are present at other times. To minimise the risk of cross-contamination, I use separate baking trays, bowls, utensils, and equipment that are not used for gluten baking. All work surfaces and equipment are thoroughly cleaned before and after each bake, no other baking is taken place in my home other than using gluten free ingredients.

Your treats will be baked fresh, and dispatched the same day with Royal Mail Tracked 24 Hour Delivery. If there is any delays this is completely out of my control however the cookies are individually wrapped to help them stay as fresh as possible and can be eaten within 5 days.

Collection will be on the chosen date above and will be between 5-7pm.
