All products are made using 100% gluten-free ingredients, with no “may contain” warnings.

All bakes contain the following allergens: MILK, EGG, SOYA.

Baking takes place in a shared home kitchen where gluten and other allergens are present at other times. However, I use separate baking trays, bowls, utensils, and equipment dedicated solely to gluten-free baking. All surfaces and equipment are thoroughly cleaned before and after each bake, and the oven is deep-cleaned weekly prior to use.

About Mimi Bakes

I’ve been gluten free for over 7 years and, like so many others, struggled to find alternatives that actually tasted as good as the originals, especially when it came to cookies. I’ve always loved a good cookie, but the ones I found in bakeries didn’t feel very exciting, and shop bought options were often overly processed and just not the same.

So I took it upon myself to start baking my own.

After years of testing, tweaking, and perfecting my recipes, I finally decided to share them with more people. Mimi Bakes is all about creating gluten free cookies that don’t feel like a compromise, just really good cookies, made from scratch, that everyone can enjoy.
